Option 3 — FieldCheck Native Mobile App
A ground-up native iOS and Android application built on multi-sensor fusion. Biometric authentication. Background GPS. Accelerometer activity monitoring. Wi-Fi site confirmation. The system that makes employee accountability irrefutable. This is the right build.
Total: LKR 200,000
A NOTE ON YOUR PREVIOUS INVESTMENT

The payments made toward Option 2 have been fully absorbed by Imagine Software Solutions with no deductions from the current project scope. We are not in the business of charging you for finding your vision. We move forward from here.

The Phantom Worker

Without irrefutable supervision, the system can be gamed. Here is exactly what was happening — and why it costs real money.

The Check-In Disappearing Act
An employee checks in at the job site on their phone. The system confirms their location. They then immediately leave. The system continues to show them as "active" for the entire shift. Without continuous, multi-signal verification, this is undetectable.
UNDETECTED by GPS-only systems
GPS Is Not a Reliable Sole Witness
GPS accuracy varies from 3 metres to over 50 metres depending on signal, cloud cover, building interference, and device hardware. Employees standing inside a building at the job site were being flagged as outside the geofence — creating false violations that employees could legitimately dispute.
FALSE POSITIVES erode trust
Leaving the Phone Behind
A worker could leave their phone at the job site and leave. The device's GPS continues to show the correct location. The admin dashboard shows green. The employee is at a café. With no activity sensors, no step data, no motion classification — the system cannot distinguish a working employee from an abandoned smartphone.
INVISIBLE to location-only monitoring
// THE COST OF ONE SLACKING EMPLOYEE
If one employee earns LKR 50,000/month and delivers
60% of expected output due to unmonitored absence:
Lost value per employee per year LKR 240,000
Across a team of 10 LKR 2,400,000
FieldCheck Native costs LKR 200,000
One year of one slacker costs more than the entire system.

FieldCheck Native

Not just a location tracker. A complete behavioural evidence engine.

FieldCheck Native is a purpose-built iOS and Android application that fuses data from six independent sensors built into every modern smartphone. No single sensor can be spoofed, manipulated, or argued against. But six sensors, all independently agreeing? That is irrefutable evidence.

The system doesn't just ask "where are you?" — it asks "are you here, are you working, and can you prove it?" simultaneously, continuously, and automatically.

Six Sensors. One Verdict.

Every modern smartphone carries a suite of sensors originally designed for health tracking, navigation, and gaming. FieldCheck Native commandeers all of them for workforce accountability. The result: a monitoring system that builds a complete, timestamped, multi-source behavioural record that no employee can credibly dispute.

GPS
Global Positioning System
Detects
Latitude, longitude, altitude, movement speed
Primary geofence verification at check-in and check-out. Geofence radius enforced server-side using Haversine formula. Raw coordinates only — the device never self-reports "within geofence."
Used as one layer only — GPS drift no longer causes false flags because all other sensors must agree.
HARD — requires OS-level spoofing tools
Accelerometer
3-Axis Accelerometer
Detects
Physical movement, vibration, stillness, orientation changes
Continuous activity sampling during active shifts. A device that is physically still for extended periods during a shift triggers an escalating alert chain. Cleaning work requires movement — the accelerometer proves it.
Detects the difference between a working cleaner and a phone left on a table.
VERY HARD — requires physical device manipulation
Step Counter
Embedded Pedometer (Hardware-Level)
Detects
Precise step count, cadence, activity duration
Steps are logged per 15-minute window during an active shift. Low step count during an active shift window is flagged. Provides objective, hardware-generated activity proof that cannot be manipulated by an app.
No steps for 30 minutes during a cleaning shift is objective evidence of inactivity.
VERY HARD — hardware sensor, not software
Motion Classification
Core Motion (iOS) / Activity Recognition API (Android)
Detects
Walking, running, stationary, cycling, in a vehicle
Real-time motion state logged continuously. In-vehicle motion during an active shift is an immediate high-severity flag — the employee has physically left on transport. This is OS-native, not app-level — cannot be faked by the app.
Detects if an employee left the job site in a vehicle while marked as working.
EXTREMELY HARD — OS-level classification
Wi-Fi Detection
Wi-Fi Network Scanner
Detects
Nearby Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs), signal strength, router MAC address
Each job site's Wi-Fi network is registered in the system. When an employee checks in, the app confirms the site's Wi-Fi is detected, providing indoor-accurate location confirmation that GPS cannot achieve. Wi-Fi detection range: ~30–50 metres — tighter than GPS.
Indoor cleaning sites where GPS fails are verified via Wi-Fi fingerprinting.
HARD — requires physical presence near site router
Gyroscope
3-Axis Gyroscope
Detects
Rotational motion, device orientation changes
Complements accelerometer data. Unusual or absent orientation patterns during a claimed active shift contribute to the confidence score calculation. A device that never changes orientation for hours is likely unattended.
A working employee's phone naturally rotates and reorients constantly.
VERY HARD — requires physical manipulation
The Confidence Score — How FieldCheck Decides
Every monitoring event produces a Confidence Score (0–100%) calculated from how many independent sensors agree on the employee's status.
Flags are only raised at 85% confidence or above. This is why false positives are eliminated. And why real violations are undeniable.

The Employee's Journey Through a Shift

The app is simple for honest employees. Every step is clear, fast, and fair. For those who attempt to game the system — every step is a locked gate.

Total Operational Visibility

The admin dashboard gives supervisors a live, real-time picture of every employee, every job site, and every shift — on any device, from anywhere.

Live Map Command Center
A real-time map displays all active job sites and current employee positions. Color-coded status markers give instant awareness.
  • Green: Verified on-site, sensor data consistent
  • Red (pulsing): Location mismatch — employee flagged off-site
  • Amber: Stale signal — no update in 35+ minutes
  • Red on empty site: No check-in recorded — scheduled no-show
Instant Push Alerts
Supervisors receive push notifications the moment a flag is raised — no need to watch the dashboard. Alerts include: scheduled no-shows, in-vehicle motion during a shift, sustained inactivity, geofence exits, and stale signals. Each alert contains a timestamped, multi-sensor evidence package.
Attendance & Evidence Log
A paginated, filterable attendance history for every employee. Each record expands to show the full evidence trail: check-in coordinates, sensor confidence score, step count per 15-minute window, motion classification events, and any flags raised. Exportable to CSV for payroll and compliance use.
Team & Job Management
Full management of employee accounts, job sites, schedules, and assignments. Job sites include GPS coordinates, registered Wi-Fi network, and configurable geofence radius. Schedule types: one-time, daily, weekdays, weekdays + Saturday. Assign jobs to specific employees or make them available to the full team.

21 Days to Irrefutable Accountability

Bi-Annual Standard Updates
& Service Period

Mobile applications require periodic maintenance to stay compatible with the ever-evolving mobile ecosystem. Every 6 months, we conduct a standard update cycle — because Apple, Google, and device manufacturers continuously release updated operating systems, revised security policies, and new compliance requirements. The frequency of these updates may vary depending on how aggressively iOS, Android, and individual handset manufacturers push their own updates.

UPDATE 01
6-Month Standard Update
The first standard update is performed approximately six months after delivery. This covers compatibility with new iOS and Android OS versions released in the interim, updated App Store and Google Play policies and compliance requirements, security patch alignment, and SDK/library updates to maintain app store acceptance. No new features or functionality are added — this is a precision maintenance cycle to keep FieldCheck Native running exactly as delivered, on the latest platforms.
UPDATE 02
12-Month Standard Update
The second standard update is performed at the 12-month mark. By this point, both iOS and Android will typically have released a major new version, and the app ecosystem requirements shift accordingly. This update ensures continued compatibility, renewed security certificate alignment, updated privacy policy compliance (particularly for background sensor access), and app store submission readiness. Again, this is maintenance — not new development. The system you agreed to is the system you continue to get.
Why Update Cycles Are Necessary
Mobile operating systems — particularly iOS and Android — are updated on a rolling basis throughout the year, with major versions typically arriving every September–October (Apple) and staggered through the year (Google/Android OEMs). Each update can introduce changes to background processing rules, location permission handling, biometric API requirements, and app store policies. Handset manufacturers (Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, and others) add further variation with their own software layers. Without periodic maintenance, a native app that runs perfectly today may encounter compatibility issues, reduced functionality, or even removal from app stores within 12–18 months. The two included standard updates ensure your investment is protected through the first year of operation.
6-Month Post-Sale Service Period
Following the delivery of FieldCheck Native, Imagine Software Solutions provides a 6-month service period at no additional cost. During this window, we are available to address any issues, answer technical questions, provide guidance on system usage, and assist with any unexpected platform-level behaviour. This service period covers reactive support — if something breaks or behaves unexpectedly due to an OS update or edge case not covered in QA, we make it right. The service period begins on Day 21 (the handover date) and runs for six calendar months from that point.

What You're Getting. What It Costs. What It's Worth.

Complete transparency. No hidden fees. No ongoing platform charges.

// MARKET CONTEXT
A native mobile application of this scope — biometric auth, multi-sensor fusion, real-time admin dashboard, background services, iOS + Android — typically requires 3–6 months of development and costs between LKR 800,000 and LKR 2,000,000 from a mid-tier development agency.

FieldCheck Native is deliverable in 21 days at LKR 200,000 because the hard architectural work — the backend, the fraud logic, the database schema, the API layer — is already production-complete from your previous investment.

Your existing investment is working for you, not against you.
